Michael Torres better known as Myke, a Puerto Rican Rapper and Songwriter was born on the 15th of January, 1994, in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. He changed his name in 2017 changed his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. This was to pay tribute to Young Kingz music group of which he's a part. The letter i on the name was changed to a y. Myke Towers has been part of the underground rap scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence making his very first songs as well as freestyles through the SoundCloud account. In 2014 he gained popularity with songs like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal or En los Bloques. The urban music scene was also drawn to the La Nueva Droga Freestyle, along with his take of Drake's"0 to 100%".
