Kelly Clarkson is an American artist and singer. She was the country's love interest after winning the American Idol title in the premiere season. This win did more than propel her into the limelight however, it also secured her a multi-album record deal in partnership with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. Since then, she's made several studio albums, including three which reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart, while her other albums barely fell short of the top spot. She's among the most well-known artists that are emerging from American Idol. As her career progressed and she started to experiment with new themes and styles of music. Often co-writing songs in order to express her thoughts. Because of her distinctiveness and vocal talent, she has received critical acclaim as well as a variety of prizes. Her most notable achievement was that she received the Grammy Award three times. In addition, she has appeared on television and films. She also wrote the book for children River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and been involved in numerous charities.
