| Sara Rue's most famous role was Claudia Claude Casey of ABC Network's show Less Than Perfect. Her career began as a child actress, appearing in TV and films including Rocket Gibraltar and Grand. Over the years she's played a number of roles that have recurred. She's now considered to be one of the top TV actresses. Rue has been in key roles in films such as For Christ's Sake Gypsy 83and Miss Dial. Rue was also seen on stage in plays like The Water Children, Little Egypt and Gregg Henry's musical Little Egypt. In 2009, she became the brand's celebrity spokesperson for food firm Jenny Craig. In 2011Rue was the host of the reality show television series Shedding for the Wedding. as a guest host, Rue also judged the hit reality series RuPaul's Drag Race in those same years.
